Live Painting Packages

Elevate your wedding or event with live watercolor guest portraits painted on-site. Guests are briefly photographed and their likeness is turned into a hand-painted keepsake they can take home and treasure for years to come!

I am available for events within the Chicagoland area. If your event is outside of Chicagoland, feel free to reach out to discuss travel availability. Travel fees may apply.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Guests stop by my table and have a quick reference photo taken.

  2. I begin painting portraits in the order the photos are taken (first come, first served) while guests return to enjoy the event.

  3. Completed portraits are packaged in protective sleeves and displayed for guests to pick up and take home as a custom keepsake!

Some packages may include the remaining portraits completed in my studio and mailed after the event.

• Book 2–6 hours of painting time (2-hour minimum)
• Each portrait takes approximately 5–10 minutes
• I may complete up to 10 portraits per hour

Weddings:

For weddings, I typically begin before or during cocktail hour and then continue painting through dinner and into the reception. My table always includes a small sign explaining the process, so guests know how to participate. Most weddings book 4–5 hours of live guest portrait painting for the full guest experience.

Standard Event Package

Investment starts at $750 for the first 2 hours, may include up to 6 hours of live painting services*

*2hr minimum. Inquire below for a custom quote.

  • I will complete as many paintings as I can during the allotted time booked ONLY.

  • 5×7″ paintings completed live during your event

  • Approximately 6-10 portraits completed live per hour

  • Watercolor paper and protective sleeves provided

  • Guests can take home their completed portrait as a keepsake!

Completion of portraits for every guest is not guaranteed.

Royal Event Package

Investment starts at $1,065, may include up to 6 hours of live painting services*

The Royal Perk: I will finish the remaining portraits after the event and mail them to you within 30 days. Pricing dependent on guest count. This is a great option for thank-you cards!
