Live Painting Packages
Elevate your event with live guest illustrations painted on site! Delight your guests with a memorable, interactive experience and gift them a personalized keepsake they’ll treasure for years to come. I am available for booking within 1 hour of the Chicago area only. If you are outside of the Chicagoland area, contact me and we can discuss further!
HOW IT WORKS:
You can choose anywhere from 2-6 hours of painting time. On average each painting takes ~8-10 minutes to complete, up to 8 paintings per hour. I will charge a fixed hourly rate (2 hr minimum) and can complete the remaining portraits after the event if indicated in your package. For example, for a 4-hour booking, I would be able to complete approximately 24-30 portraits on site. (These numbers are estimated! Some portraits may take longer or shorter depending on the number of people in the image).
I will arrive before the event start to set up and provide my own 4x4 table with white linen (unless otherwise provided). I will snap photos of guests who come to my table and begin the paintings in the order of the photos taken, working through as many as I can during the allotted time (first come, first serve). Once completed, I will package and display the paintings for guests to view & take home at the end of the night!
Weddings:
I will arrive 30-45 minutes before the allotted time to make sure I am set up before the painting time starts. I can move my setup from cocktail hour to reception area if needed, however a space must be provided for me upon arrival- near an outlet will be preferred! I will have a framed sign on my table detailing the process for your guests. It can be helpful to consider where people will be congregating for my table placement. Typically, most guests will have their photo taken during cocktail hour and check back in with me during the reception time. Guests must stop by my table to have their photos taken if they want to have their portraits done.
Partial packages will include live paintings only, full packages will include all remaining portraits completed at a later time and mailed to you after the event.

Partial Event Package
$50 non-refundable date retainer + $750 for the first 2 hours + $300/hr for each additional hour (up to 6 hours)
I will complete as many paintings as I can during the allotted time booked only.
Choose from an hourly package of 2-6 hours.
5×7″ paintings completed live during your event.
Watercolor paper and protective sleeves provided.
6-8 portraits completed live per hour.
Guests can take home their completed portrait as a keepsake!
Full Event Package
$50 non-refundable date retainer + $750 for the first 2 hours + $300/hr for each additional hour (up to 6 hours) + $12 for each remining portrait not completed during the event.
I will complete as many paintings as I can during the allotted time booked.
5×7″ paintings completed live during your event.
6-8 portraits completed live per hour.
I will complete the remining guest portraits offsite at $12 per painting.
For example, if I have 17 photos left to paint, I will invoice you $204.
Additional guest portraits will mailed to the client within 30 days of the event (I will email you all of the reference photos taken at the event).
